Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Senior Security Principal – Identity Security to lead identity security strategy, architecture and governance across large, regulated environments.

You will establish standards, roadmaps and hands-on leadership for Microsoft Entra ID, AD, hybrid identity and authentication services, partnering across cyber security, cloud and business teams. The role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking and the ability to influence security outcomes globally.

Qualifications

• As the ideal candidate you will have 10+ years in IAM and security engineering.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise identity in large environments.
• Proven leadership in identity security initiatives and architecture reviews.
• Strong expertise in Entra ID, AD and hybrid identity environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority for identity security architecture and governance.
• Lead design, implementation and optimisation of Entra ID, AD and hybrid identity services.
• Strengthen IAM capabilities including CA, MFA, PIM, RBAC and least- privilege access.
• Mentor teams and advise senior stakeholders on identity risks and best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver secure identity solutions.
