Job summary

Council is seeking a Team Leader IT Operations & Infrastructure to guide a skilled team in delivering reliable ICT services. The role covers on-premises and cloud environments, SaaS integrations, and cyber security, with a focus on service excellence and continuous improvement.

You will lead initiatives, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resilient, efficient systems and strong vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in IT or equivalent with extensive operations experience.
• Experience leading in hybrid cloud and SaaS environments.
• Strong technical knowledge for a medium to large organisation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proven ability to lead and develop staff in a team environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with on-premises to cloud migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of IT operations professionals.
