Job summary

Queensland Government is seeking a Senior Deployment Technician to lead technology deployment and refresh activities across Queensland Health sites. You will deliver high-quality ICT support, manage stock and assets, and collaborate with the Deployment Coordinator to ensure service levels are met.

The role requires strong ITIL understanding, ServiceNow proficiency, and the ability to work onsite with occasional remote support to ensure reliable ICT services.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in ICT environments management, configuration, monitoring and implementation.
• Ability to deliver high quality ICT support and manage workloads with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for system reports and technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technology deployment and refresh activities across Queensland Health sites.
• Provide onsite and remote ICT support and incident resolution to maintain service levels.
• Assist asset management, stock control, quoting, and equipment management as part of ICT services.
• Collaborate with Deployment Coordinator to support the WSR program and related processes.
