Job summary

Queensland Health is seeking a Senior Deployment Technician to handle workstation replacement workstreams, investigations, and asset management within a defined geographic area in Queensland. The role supports the Deployment Coordinator and requires strong customer service, incident diagnosis, and ITIL-based processes.

Ideal candidates will manage stock, participate in device deployment and installation, and provide on-site and remote support while maintaining documentation and reporting for

Qualifications

• Degree in ICT/Computing or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with asset management policies and ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and negotiating where needed.
• Investigate incidents and apply eHealth incident management processes to meet SLAs.
• Support Deployment Coordinator to manage team members and activities.
• Coordinate WSR stock management, run up, deployment and installation per processes.
• Ensure asset management integrity through proper work processes and regular asset activities.
• Provide ad-hoc on-site and remote support to Queensland Health sites.
