Job summary

Queensland Health is seeking a Senior Deployment Technician to lead and support workstation replacement activities across sites. You will engage with customers, diagnose incidents and support the WSR program to maintain clinical and non-clinical staff productivity.

Key duties include managing stock, coordinating deployment and installation, and ensuring process compliance. Strong communication, documentation, and ability to learn ServiceNow and ITIL practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills with the ability to negotiate and advise,
• Investigative approach to incidents and problem solving within SLAs,
• Experience supporting ICT environments and service delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate to reach decisions.
• Investigate incidents and apply ITIL Service Management to maintain SLAs.
• Assist Deployment Coordinator to manage team activities and WSR delivery across sites.
• Coordinate WSR stock management, run up, deployment and installation per processes.
• Maintain asset management integrity and participate in regular asset activities.
• Provide admin support for quoting and ICT asset management.
• Offer on-site and remote support to Queensland Health sites as required.
