Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced IBM FileNet Case Manager Developer to design, build, and support enterprise-scale case management and content solutions. You will partner with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to implement robust, scalable workflows.

The role requires hands-on expertise in IBM FileNet P8, Case Manager, and BAW integrations, with strong Java/J2EE skills, SQL proficiency, and experience in agile environments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on IBM Case Manager / FileNet development.
• Strong expertise in IBM FileNet P8 and IBM Case Manager (ICM).
• Experience with Case Builder, Process Designer, ICN, Workplace XT, and ACCE.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop IBM FileNet and IBM Case Manager solutions.
• Configure case types, workflows, business processes, roles, and in-baskets.
• Develop custom components, APIs, integrations, and UI customizations.
• Customize IBM Content Navigator (ICN) and develop plugins.
• Integrate FileNet solutions with enterprise applications and external systems.
• Provide L2/L3 support and production issue resolution.
• Create technical design documents and runbooks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews.
