Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on IBM Case Manager / FileNet development experience.
• Strong expertise in IBM FileNet P8 and IBM Case Manager (ICM).
• Experience with Case Builder, Process Designer, ICN, Workplace XT, and ACCE.
• Understanding of Content Engine, Process Engine, and Case Management architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop IBM FileNet and IBM Case Manager solutions.
• Configure case types, workflows, and in-baskets; implement business processes.
• Develop integrations, UI customizations, and plugins.
• Customize IBM Content Navigator (ICN).
• Integrate FileNet with enterprise applications and external systems.
• Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Create design documents and runbooks; participate in Agile ceremonies.
