Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IBM Case Manager / FileNet development experience.
• Strong expertise in IBM FileNet P8 and IBM Case Manager (ICM).
• Experience with ICN, Case Builder, Process Designer, Workplace XT, ACCE.
• Knowledge of Content Engine and Process Engine architecture.
• Experience with IBM BAW / IBM BPM integrations.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring, REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience with deployment, migration, and production support.
• Strong SQL and database performance tuning knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting and optimization skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop IBM FileNet and IBM Case Manager solutions.
• Configure case types, workflows, processes, roles, and in-baskets.
• Develop custom components, APIs, integrations, and UI customizations.
• Customize IBM Content Navigator (ICN) and develop plugins.
• Integrate FileNet solutions with enterprise apps and external systems.
• Perform solution design, impact analysis, troubleshooting and optimization.
• Support deployments, migrations, upgrades, and production releases.
• Provide L2/L3 support and resolve application issues.
• Create technical design documents and runbooks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and best practices.
