• 5+ years of hands-on IBM Case Manager / FileNet development experience.
• Strong expertise in IBM FileNet P8 and IBM Case Manager (ICM).

• Knowledge of Content Engine and Process Engine architecture.
• Experience with IBM BAW / IBM BPM integrations.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring, REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience with deployment, migration, and production support.
• Strong SQL and database performance tuning knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting and optimization skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

Mandatory Skills

• Docker, OpenShift, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/IBM Cloud).

• Knowledge of LDAP, SSO, and role-based security models.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare domains.
• IBM certifications in FileNet, BAW, CP4BA, or Application Development.
