Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Case Engineer to design and support enterprise Case and Content Management using IBM FileNet, ICN, and related tools. You will drive technical excellence within delivery teams and collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile setting.

You will contribute to architecture, develop integrations, and mentor peers while supporting production environments and platform upgrades across client projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on IBM FileNet P8 and IBM Case Manager experience.
• Experience with IBM FileNet CE and PE components.
• Experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
• Experience developing with ICN and ICN plugins.
• Strong Java/J2EE/Spring Boot with RESTful services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise Case Management with IBM FileNet and Case Manager.
• Configure case types, workflows, business processes, roles, and baskets.
• Develop custom widgets, ICN plugins, integrations, and APIs.
• Build scalable REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise apps.
• Perform solution design reviews, impact assessments, and optimisation.
• Troubleshoot production issues with L2/L3 support.
• Lead platform upgrades, migrations, and modernization efforts.
• Create design docs, deployment guides, and runbooks.
• Mentor team members and provide technical direction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment.
