Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd in Sydney seeks an ECM architect with 10+ years in IT and 8+ years with IBM FileNet to lead enterprise content management programs, drive modernization, and oversee cloud transformation.

You will design integrations between FileNet and enterprise applications, mentor delivery teams, engage stakeholders, and support solutioning, estimation, and governance across Banking/FSI domains.

Qualifications

• 10+ years overall IT experience.
• 8+ years IBM ECM/FileNet experience.
• IBM FileNet P8 (Content Engine & Process Engine).
• IBM ContentNavigator (ICN).
• IBM CaseManager.
• IBM Datacap.
• Java/J2EE and API integration skills.
• Content migration and upgrade projects.
• Stakeholder management and communication.
• Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience with OpenText, Documentum, or SharePoint.
• ECM governance, Records management, and retention.
• Pre-sales, solutioning, and estimation experience.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure ECM platforms.
• Drive ECM modernization, migration, and cloud transformation programs.
• Architect integrations between IBM FileNet and enterprise applications.
• Conduct architecture workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Business Teams, and Delivery Leadership.
• Support proposal development, solutioning, effort estimation, and technical design.
• Provide governance, risk management, and technical leadership throughout project delivery.
• Mentor delivery teams and ensure adherence to architectural best practices.
