Job summary

Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for a full-time role servicing the Hills District and wider Sydney region. You will perform installation, maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on residential and commercial air conditioning systems.

The role requires a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, a current ARCtick Licence, and a manual driver's licence. You will work with VRV/VRF systems and deliver professional customer service on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience with diagnostic fault-finding and repairs in HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage daily service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair works across residential and commercial air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions for breakdown repairs and service requirements.
• Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment and air conditioning systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure systems are operating efficiently and reliably.
• Carry out servicing and fault-finding on VRV/VRF systems and other commercial air conditioning equipment.
• Liaise professionally with clients, providing technical advice and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate job records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
