Katz Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician for Sutherland Shire, NSW. This field-based role focuses on servicing high-end residential properties with some commercial work, supported by an experienced Service Manager in a quality-driven environment.

You will work Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm, servicing premium sites across Sydney while maintaining strong communication with clients and colleagues.

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration required.
• Experience with VRV systems.
• Refrigerant Handling Licence.

Senior HVAC Technician
Location: Sutherland Shire, NSW

The Opportunity Are you an experienced HVAC Technician looking for a long-term career opportunity with an established and highly regarded business?

Join a cohesive service team working across some of Sydney's most prestigious residential properties, with some commercial work also involved.

This is an opportunity to work on high-end HVAC systems, including VRV, while being supported by an experienced Service Manager in a well-organised environment where quality workmanship and exceptional service are highly valued.

About the Role This is a field-based service and maintenance position, primarily servicing high-end residential properties, with some commercial work also involved.

You'll work across sophisticated HVAC environments and interact directly with high-end customers, making strong communication and a professional approach important to the role.

The position operates Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm.

Candidates living within reasonable proximity to Caringbah / the Sutherland Shire are preferred, as the role may require collecting equipment and materials from the factory on the way to jobs.

• WHS White Card
• Strong communication skills

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ideally, living within reasonable proximity to Caringbah / the Sutherland Shire
