Job summary

Morson Edge Australia is seeking an experienced HVAC Site Manager to lead day-to-day delivery of mechanical projects across Sydney. You will work closely with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors and builders to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.

Ideal candidates bring broad mechanical/HVAC construction knowledge, strong people-management and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades.

Qualifications

• Broad mechanical/HVAC construction knowledge across multiple trades.
• Experience supervising complete mechanical packages, not just one trade.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and trade interfaces.
• Experience managing tradespeople and subcontractors.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical/HVAC construction activities across multiple sites.
• Coordinate trades and ensure different mechanical elements work together.
• Manage site programmes, sequencing and daily priorities.
• Identify issues before they impact programme or cost.
• Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts and site meetings.
• Support testing, commissioning, defects and handover.
