Job summary

CMS Engineering is seeking a Site Manager, HVAC to join our Perth team. You will oversee on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule requirements are met on large-scale HVAC projects in Western Australia.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HVAC site experience, a trade qualification, and proven leadership in fast-paced construction environments. This is a Full-Time, permanent role with BGIS branding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in HVAC construction.
• Trade qualification within Mechanical Services or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety requirements.
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, materials and site logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site operations for HVAC construction projects.
• Ensure works comply with WHS legislation and site procedures.
• Lead safety activities including toolbox talks and incident reporting.
• Coordinate site logistics, planning and day-to-day project execution.
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site labour resources.
• Support project scheduling and delivery outcomes with Project Managers.
• Monitor progress and report on site performance against milestones; assist with procurement and coordination of equipment and services.
• Build strong relationships with builders, consultants, clients and trades.
• Maintain QA processes and conduct site inspections to meet project requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for project delivery.
