You will lead technicians, account managers, and support staff, ensuring client satisfaction and strong operational performance while developing strategic partnerships and improving service delivery in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Senior-level HVAC service or operations management experience.
• TAFE qualified with Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC applications.
• Proven people leadership and communication skills.
• Balanced approach combining technical expertise with commercial awareness.

Essential Requirements:

• Demonstrated background in senior-level HVAC service or operations management
