Qualifications

• HVAC trade qualification with 5–10 years of HVAC industry experience.
• Proven aftermarket parts/repair sales track record and quota attainment.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand customer base and services.
• Qualify leads with operations teams and develop opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
• Sell SR packages and system upgrades to end customers.
• Collaborate with regional service teams to pursue new business.
• Assist in marketing plans for new and existing products.
• Deliver presentations to prospective customers for growth.
• Support strategic plans to hit new business targets.
• Provide regular reports on new business development and targets.
