Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Service Agreement and Repairs Business Development Manager in Australia to drive growth of the service agreement portfolio. You will identify, develop, and secure new maintenance and service opportunities across the HVAC market, building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored OEM service solutions to improve equipment lifecycle value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years HVAC industry experience.
• Track record in aftermarket sales.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to cross-sell and upsell within your base of customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft-based software in a technical environment.
• Capable of selling directly to end-user customers.
• Self-motivated with multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Good time management and goal orientation.

Responsibilities

• Grow aftermarket service revenue by identifying and securing new service agreement opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, delivering tailored service solutions.
• Achieve sales targets by expanding the service agreement portfolio across territories.
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless handover to delivery.
• Conduct meetings, presentations and negotiations to develop long-term partnerships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor insights to identify opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and sales forecasts with accurate documentation.
• Promote Carrier’s aftermarket solutions across regions to support growth initiatives.
