• Minimum 5–10 years in the HVAC industry.
• Proven aftermarket sales track record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to cross-sell and upsell.
• Proficient with Microsoft-based software.
• Able to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment.
• Sell directly to end-user customers.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of the aftermarket service agreement portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve sales targets by growing recurring service revenue.
• Collaborate with branch operations and service teams.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to develop partnerships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor insights to identify opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, forecasts and reports.
• Promote Carrier's aftermarket solutions across regions.
