Job summary

Enemix is seeking a Construction Manager for HV & Renewable Energy projects in Australia. You will lead on-site delivery of large-scale infrastructure, including solar, BESS, substations, and HV transmission works, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion.

You will coordinate with clients, EPC contractors, subcontractors and OEMs, translating technical requirements into effective site execution while managing risks, budgets, and schedules in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large HV/renewable energy construction projects.
• Strong understanding of HV transmission, grid connections and commissioning.
• Experience in EPC or contractor environments with multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction activities for HV, renewable energy, and grid-connected infrastructure projects.
• Oversee daily site operations within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate between client teams, EPCs, subcontractors, OEMs, and network providers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with WHS requirements.
• Support reporting, meetings, risk workshops, and interface coordination.
• Contribute to planning, mobilization, cost and risk management.
