Job summary

Enemix is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our client’s Project Delivery team in Australia, focusing on HV and renewable energy projects, including solar, BESS, substations, and grid infrastructure.

You will lead on-site execution, ensure safety and quality, manage interfaces with clients, EPCs, and contractors, and drive project outcomes within time and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction on large-scale HV, renewable energy, or major electrical infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of HV transmission, grid connections, and testing/commissioning processes.
• Experience in EPC, client-side, consultancy, or contractor environments on complex multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction activities for HV, renewable energy, and grid-connected infrastructure projects, including solar, BESS, substations, and transmission/distribution works.
• Oversee daily site operations to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely project execution within budget constraints.
• Act as the primary liaison between client teams, EPC contractors, subcontractors, OEMs, and network service providers.
• Collaborate with testing, commissioning, and energization teams to ensure safe and successful project completion.
• Provide constructability insights and practical solutions for electrical and civil scopes.
