Job summary

GR Engineering Services is seeking a Senior Health, Safety and Training Advisor to join our Perth team. You will lead HSE efforts, drive safer outcomes through audits, reporting and continuous improvement, and partner with project teams to strengthen safety systems across Australia.

You will develop and maintain documentation, provide on-site training, and support remote sites from the office, contributing to a culture of excellence and safety leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in mining, construction or project environment.
• WHS auditing, inspections, and assurance experience.
• Knowledge of WHS legislation and safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining HSE system documentation (standards, procedures, templates).
• Provide regular analysis and reporting of metrics to communicate progress against HSET plans.
• Provide training and mentoring on site.
• Provide remote support when based in the office.
