Qualifications

• Diploma in Work Health and Safety or higher.
• Five+ years in a similar HSE reporting/auditing/compliance role.
• Experience coordinating audit programs and tracking corrective actions on complex projects.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret HSE data and produce meaningful reports.
• Experience preparing dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead project-wide HSE auditing, assurance and compliance programs.
• Coordinate internal, external, and client audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Monitor audit findings and corrective actions; escalate high-risk items.
• Prepare HSE performance reports, dashboards and metrics for leadership.
• Analyse HSE data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee subcontractor HSE assurance and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and assurance evidence.
• Ensure compliance with HSE management systems and legislation.
• Engage with managers, subcontractors and clients on compliance matters.
