Job summary

Davidson is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 initiatives, shaping business processes and customer outcomes in a highly regulated environment. You will work across business and technology teams to translate complex needs into practical solutions.

You will facilitate workshops, map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, document requirements, and collaborate with vendors, SI partners and delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of D365 capabilities.

Qualifications

• Senior Business Analyst with hands-on D365 experience in regulated environments.
• Ability to elicit and document requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement across business and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, enhancements or transformations.
• Analyse AS-IS processes, pain points, control gaps and business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops to define TO-BE processes and solution requirements.
• Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Map processes using BPMN 2.0 or equivalent.
• Translate needs into D365 capabilities, identifying fit-gap, configuration, integration and data impacts.
• Collaborate with SMEs, project teams, solution architects, developers, testers and partners.
• Manage engagement with vendors and delivery partners, review deliverables and scope.
• Produce high-quality documentation including RFPs, process maps and traceability.
