Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in work health and safety (WHS) and learning and development (L&D).
• Experience with strategic workforce planning and performance/conduct frameworks.
• Experience supporting Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) implementation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WHS advice, coordination and support to managers and employees to ensure compliance and wellbeing.
• Lead learning and development initiatives, including calendar management, induction and capability-building activities.
• Support performance, conduct and RAP initiatives, including policy reviews and reporting.
