Job summary

The Enabling Services team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated APS 6 HR professional to join our team. As a Senior HR Adviser, you will play a key role in delivering a broad range of human resources functions, including recruitment, payroll, learning and development, workplace relations and employee lifecycle management.

You will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, programs and initiatives, undertake workforce reporting and data analysis and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across our HR service.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience providing high-quality HR advice on complex and sensitive workplace and employee matters
• Sound knowledge of APS frameworks, legislation, and contemporary HR practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives, coordinate complex work programs and guide others to achieve business outcomes.
• Demonstrated sound judgement and resilience, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a changing environment.
