TechnologyOne is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join our Delivery team, specialising in HR & Payroll (HRP). This customer-facing role spans discovery through go-live, translating business requirements into practical HRP solutions for organisations across Australia and New Zealand.

You will lead workshops, perform fit/gap analyses, and guide customers through implementation decisions. Strong HR/payroll domain knowledge and consulting experience are essential, with a customer-first

Qualifications

• Strong HR and payroll domain knowledge.
• Experience implementing HR, payroll or workforce management systems.
• Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements.
• Ability to guide customers through complex decisions.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor less experienced consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer workshops to understand HR and payroll processes.
• Translate requirements into practical HRP designs.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses between requirements and product capabilities.
• Guide customers through implementation decisions.
• Configure, demonstrate and train on HRP.
• Deliver project outcomes on time and within scope.
• Mentor other consultants and share best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies.
