Capability HR is seeking an experienced Employment Hero specialist to review a partially completed implementation, optimise payroll and HR processes, strengthen governance, and establish scalable workflows that support growth across multiple entities.

This hands-on and strategic assignment focuses on HRIS interaction rather than day-to-day administration, delivering improved onboarding/offboarding, governance controls, and robust workflow automation that drives adoption and scalable expansion.

Formación

• Deep Employment Hero expertise including implementation or remediation projects.
• Experience in complex, multi-entity payroll environments.
• EBA interpretation and configuration capability.
• HRIS configuration and process improvement capability.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose whether issues stem from configuration, process design, user behaviour, training or controls.
• Configure and automate EBA and award rules for all entities.
• Streamline onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Review access profiles, permissions, and approval pathways.
• Build workflows, self-service and manager approvals that are used.
• Lift stakeholder capability and system adoption.
• Create a scalable structure to support growth.
