Professional Search Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Consultant who can move beyond traditional BAU payroll into strategic payroll consulting and project delivery. You will partner with organisations across Australia, lead transformation initiatives and help implement leading payroll technologies.

Qualifications

• Solid end-to-end payroll experience with a strong understanding of payroll legislation and best practice.
• Experience working on payroll projects, system implementations or process improvement initiatives is highly regarded.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• A passion for payroll technology and continuous improvement.
• Experience with payroll systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Dayforce or Workday will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients across a variety of industries to review, improve and transform payroll operations.
• Support end-to-end payroll system implementations and transformation projects.
• Analyse payroll processes and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Configure and support payroll technology platforms.
• Assist with data migration, testing, reporting and go-live activities.
• Deliver training and support to clients throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Change Managers to ensure successful outcomes.
