Job summary

TechnologyOne is seeking an experienced Product Presales Consultant to help organisations transform HR and Payroll operations using our SaaS solutions. You will partner with Sales to deliver tailored demonstrations, workshops and discussions that showcase value and drive outcomes.

You will lead discovery, craft value-based demonstrations, engage stakeholders, and support successful sales outcomes through credible guidance and strong collaboration across teams.

• Proven experience as a successful Presales Consultant with HR/Payroll expertise.
• Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and workshops.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and value-based solution discussions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert in HR and Payroll, guiding customers on how to leverage the TechnologyOne product suite.
• Lead and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, showcasing HRP expertise.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to build trusted relationships with prospects.
• Maintain and improve systems and processes, acting as a thought leader for enhancements.
• Support presales activities including development of formal sales plans, proposals, and customer presentations.
• Demonstrate credible, confident communication and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

We're looking for an experienced Product Presales Consultant to join our team and play a key role in helping organisations transform their Human Resources and Payroll operations through TechnologyOne's market-leading SaaS solutions.

As a trusted advisor and product expert, you'll partner closely with our Sales team to provide exceptional presales support throughout the customer journey. You'll engage with prospective customers to understand their business challenges, demonstrate the value of our Human Resources and Payroll solutions, and articulate how TechnologyOne can help them achieve their strategic goals. This includes delivering compelling product demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and solution discussions tailored to customer needs. Based on internal Presales Consultant role documentation, the position focuses on solution discovery, value-based demonstrations, stakeholder engagement, and supporting successful sales outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Act as the subject matter expert in Human Resources and Payroll, guiding customers on how to best leverage the TechnologyOne product suite.
• Lead and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, showcasing your deep expertise in the Human Resources and Payroll (HRP)
• Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders and the Sales team to build strong, trusted relationships with prospective customers.
• Maintain and improve systems and processes, acting as a thought leader in identifying and implementing enhancements that drive efficiency and impact.
• Support presales activities including the development of formal sales plans, proposals, and customer presentations.
• Proven experience as a successful Presales Consultant, with deep knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll
• You're an experienced Presales Consultant with a passion for helping customers understand how technology can transform their operations. You bring credibility, confidence, and strong collaboration skills to every interaction.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of audiences and confidently handle questions and discussions in real time.
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine enjoyment of working in cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes for customers.
• A broad understanding of corporate processes, including consulting, sales cycles, presentations, and ERP software.
• Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
