Kelsian Group is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with executives, navigate complexity, and turn ideas into practical solutions as part of our Workday HCM transformation in Adelaide. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who combines strong HR capability with curiosity and sound judgement.

Reporting to the Group Chief People and Culture Officer, you will work with SeaLink Marine leaders, lead Workday workstreams from requirements to testing and stabilization, and ensure

Qualifications

• Senior HR Business Partner with experience in large, complex organisations.
• Direct experience partnering with executives and corporate leadership.
• Experience supporting or leading a Workday HCM implementation.
• Strong knowledge of employee and industrial relations in an enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to drive culture, reconciliation, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Ability to transform unclear problems into structured action plans.
• Strong project, change and process-design capabilities with follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives on workforce, organisation, performance, change and culture priorities.
• Lead Workday HCM workstreams from requirements to testing and adoption.
• Structure complex problems and implement practical solutions.
• Maintain BAU while balancing transformation and operations.
• Advise on complex employee and industrial relations matters.
• Drive culture, Reconciliation Action Plan, diversity and inclusion priorities.
• Collaborate across People & Culture, technology, payroll, finance and ops.
• Support broader workforce and cross-jurisdictional priorities.
