Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Workday business processes and capabilities.
• Experience with BPMN process modelling and optimisation.
• Excellent elicitation, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience assessing integrations, data quality and remediation needs.
• Proven experience supporting testing, deployment, go-live and hypercare.

The HRIS Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting and enhancing technology solutions within the property industry. Based in Docklands, this temporary role focuses on delivering impactful solutions through HRIS systems analysis and collaboration.

• Partner with project leadership to define Workday implementation scope, complexity and delivery requirements.
• Lead BPMN business process mapping across end-to-end HR processes and value chains.
• Assess integration, interface and data impacts across the HR technology ecosystem.
• Facilitate workshops and gather business, functional, technical and data requirements.
• Translate business requirements into Workday configuration and solution design outcomes.
• Support testing, UAT, cutover and go-live activities throughout implementation.
• Provide functional support during hypercare and transition knowledge to operational teams.

Profile

A successful HRIS Senior Business Analyst should have:

• 7+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and functional capabilities.
• Experience with BPMN business process modelling and process optimisation.
• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience assessing integrations, interfaces, data quality and data remediation requirements.
• Demonstrated experience supporting testing, deployment, go-live and hypercare activities.
