Job summary

Clorox is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to partner with leaders across Australia, New Zealand and South Africa (ANZA). You will shape a people strategy, enhance the employee experience, and lead payroll end-to-end with our outsourced provider and Finance to ensure accurate, timely pay.

You will work with global teams on compensation, mobility and talent, while supporting continuous improvement and high-performing HR practices in a hybrid, on-site 3 days / WFH 2 days setup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR in a senior advisory or business partnering role
• Experience handling employee relations matters from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law (NZ experience valued)
• Payroll end-to-end ownership with statutory obligations
• Hands-on experience with Workday or similar HRIS
• Ability to influence leaders and coach across levels
• Autonomy in decision-making and handling sensitive matters
• Ability to balance people outcomes with business priorities and controls
• Comfort working across time zones with global teams
• Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor on people matters and coach managers
• Guide managers through employee relations and consultation processes
• Own ANZA payroll end-to-end with outsourced provider and Finance
• Support HR Manager to deliver ANZA people strategy and transition to strategic work
• Collaborate with Global Compensation, Mobility, Talent teams and regional stakeholders
• Enhance employee experience from onboarding to performance and talent reviews
• Support projects and process improvements including Workday reporting
