Job summary

Peoplecorp in Sydney is seeking an experienced HR Data & Analytics Specialist to transform workforce data into meaningful insights for strategic and operational decision-making. You will partner with senior leaders across People & Culture and Finance to deliver workforce intelligence on planning, retention, recruitment, diversity and remuneration.

You will own workforce reporting and analytics, developing dashboards and clear narratives that inform senior leadership on workforce trends, risks

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in people analytics, HR reporting or workforce analytics.
• Strong Workday experience and people analytics capability.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

THE ORGANISATION

We are currently partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced HR Data & Analytics Specialist for an initial contract opportunity. This is a highly visible role within the People & Culture function, responsible for transforming workforce data into meaningful insights that support both strategic and operational decision-making across the business.

THE ROLE

Working closely with senior leaders across People & Culture, Finance and the broader organisation, you will provide workforce intelligence across areas including workforce planning, retention, recruitment, diversity, remuneration and organisational effectiveness. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of workforce data but, importantly, can translate that data into a clear story and practical recommendations for the business. You will take ownership of workforce reporting and analytics, developing dashboards and insights that help leaders better understand their workforce and make informed decisions. You will analyse workforce trends, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations to senior stakeholders.

THE CRITERIA

We are looking for an experienced workforce or people analytics professional with approximately 5+ years' experience across people analytics, HR reporting, or workforce analytics. If you have strong Workday and workforce analytics experience and enjoy translating complex data into meaningful business insights, we would love to hear from you.

An immediate start would be ideal for this role.
