Job summary

UGL Pty Limited is delivering major rail and infrastructure projects in Queensland. We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor for the Logan Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGCFR) Project, based in Fortitude Valley with a move to Beenleigh, enabling work across both locations.

You will lead HR initiatives, support project leaders, manage change, and drive recruitment and performance processes for a 300+ employee site, ensuring compliance with employment and OHS laws.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/HR or related field.
• 8+ years' generalist HR experience in engineering/construction with 300+ employees.
• Experience leading HR initiatives through organisational change.
• Ensuring compliance with employment and OHS laws.

Responsibilities

• Support project leaders in improving project performance through people.
• Simplify HR tools and processes across the project.
• Assist managers to lead teams through change and employee relations matters.
• Provide guidance on legislative changes and interpretation of business standards.
• Oversee recruitment aligned with project needs.
• Conduct Performance and Development reviews and coaching.
