UGL is seeking an OHLE Supervisor for the Logan Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGCFR) Project in Queensland. You will supervise daily overhead line equipment works, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure work adheres to project specifications, safety standards and quality controls.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supervising OHLE construction crews on major rail infrastructure projects.
• Understanding OHLE installation methodologies, including catenary systems, wiring, masts and poles.
• Experience maintaining rail safety requirements, environmental obligations and quality standards.
• Proven delivery of construction activities within planned schedules and budget constraints.
• Strong leadership to direct work crews and support subcontractor performance.

Aufgaben

• Supervise OHLE construction activities to meet safety and project specs.
• Coordinate construction crews and subcontractors to align with schedules.
• Monitor installation of poles, masts, insulators and OHLE infrastructure.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, ITPs and work packs.
• Track labour, plant and materials and report shortages or delays.
• Identify issues and collaborate with engineering to resolve.
• Maintain quality through inspections and verifications.
• Assist with testing, commissioning and defect rectification.
• Complete site records and progress reports accurately.
• Identify risks/opportunities and elevate to the Superintendent.
• Coordinate with OHLE Superintendent and other disciplines.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
