Job summary

Navitas is seeking a HR Advisor to support the delivery of HR services across a diverse portfolio. You will provide broad generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, working with HR Business Partners, managers and employees to deliver outcomes and a positive employee experience.

This role combines advisory, coordination and administrative responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, performance management, remuneration, reporting and HR

Qualifications

• Relevant HR qualifications and experience in a generalist HR role.
• Experience interpreting and applying Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Experience supporting recruitment and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Strong administrative, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience preparing reports and analysing HR data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and use sound judgement.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR advice and support to managers and employees across a broad range of people matters, including interpretation of Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Coordinate and administer employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, payroll-related changes and HR records management.
• Support HR Business Partners and managers with employee relations, performance management, workplace issues and policy application.
• Contribute to HR projects, reporting and continuous improvement through workforce data, insights and administrative support.
