Navitas is a leading global education provider. The HR Advisor will support delivery of HR services across the Australasian portfolio, partnering with HR Business Partners, managers and staff to deliver effective people outcomes and a positive employee experience.

The role blends HR advisory, coordination and administrative duties across recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, performance, remuneration, reporting, policy interpretation and projects.

Qualifications

• Relevant HR qualifications and experience in a generalist HR role.
• Experience interpreting and applying Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Experience supporting recruitment and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Strong administrative, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience preparing reports and analysing HR data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• The ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and use sound judgement.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a unionised or Enterprise Agreement-covered environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide generalist HR advice to managers and employees across a broad range of people matters.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding and HR records.
• Support employee relations, performance management and WHS matters.
• Prepare workforce data, insights and HR reports for projects.
