Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim ANZ is seeking a Head of HP Operations to lead the Human Pharma operations across Australia and New Zealand, reporting to the General Manager ANZ. You will drive Go-To-Market excellence, align business goals with customer insights, and leverage technology to enable growth.

In this senior role you will manage the ANZ HP Operations Team, partner with Therapeutic Area teams and other functions, and ensure timely execution of regional roadmaps while upholding regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, marketing or related discipline.
• Experience leading teams and coaching talent.
• Ability to design and optimise Go-To-Market processes and tools.
• Proven project and change management capabilities.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking.
• Customer-focused, collaborative with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead ANZ contributions to the regional Customer Engagement Model to deliver value and objectives.
• Oversee ANZ planning, forecasting and market intelligence and translate trends into recommendations.
• Coordinate and optimise campaigns and content plans across channels and report outcomes.
• Document business requirements and opportunities for regional review.
• Enable end-to-end content management from planning to delivery.
• Oversee ANZ capability building to deliver the Go-To-Market roadmap.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, the Code of Conduct, pharmacovigilance laws.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across teams and agencies.
• Lead and develop a capable team aligned with Boehringer Ingelheim values.
