Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business Admin, Project Management, Sales or Marketing.
• 11+ years experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development (9+ with Master's).
• Experience leading commercial partnerships and sales strategy across markets.

Responsibilities

• Head commercial partnerships with customers across multiple markets to grow revenue and profitability.
• Operationalize sales strategy and AOP execution to hit targets.
• Lead portfolio management to improve margins and expand new customers.
• Develop strategies to generate leads and expand customer base.
• Direct sales operations and optimize cost-efficiency.
• Build relationships with key clients and ensure exceptional service.
• Apply LEAN to Market to Order processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance and oversee quality/regulatory functions.
• Lead succession planning and talent management, including performance and compensation.
• May drive budget planning and P&L management.
