Job summary

Department of Families, Fairness and Housing in Victoria seeks a Senior Housing Services Officer to support frontline housing services in the Loddon area. You will assist with inquiries and applications to the Victorian Housing Register (VHR) and work with a small team to ensure obligations are met.

As a senior housing worker, you will resolve complex client needs, coach staff and participate in cross-agency collaboration, reporting on performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deliver high quality client services for housing assistance.
• Coach, mentor and guide other housing staff.
• Coordinate case conferences with multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

• Work with Team Leader HAAT to deliver housing services.
• Assist with workload, training, reporting and performance.
• Contribute to early intervention strategies for clients with challenging needs.
