Job summary

The Senior Housing Services Officer (HAAT) role supports the Team Leader to deliver front line housing services across the Loddon Area and broader Victoria. You will help clients who are homeless or seeking housing assistance, manage tenancy and property queries, and contribute to a network of housing staff and agencies.

Based in a government office, you will coach and mentor staff, assist with case conferences, and use risk assessment tools to resolve complex client needs and housing tenancies,

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship, permanent resident, or valid work visa.
• Experience in frontline housing services preferred.
• Ability to coach staff and manage complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of frontline housing services and VHR management.
• Provide high quality client services for housing applicants and tenants.
• Coach, mentor and guide housing staff.
• Conduct case conferences and support cross-department collaboration.
