Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Team Leader HAAT to ensure delivery of housing services.
• Support a small team of 4, assist with work allocation tasks and staff training.
• Prepare performance and assurance reports.
• Initiate and facilitate case conferences for clients with cross-department collaboration.
• Review and recommend strategies for early intervention using risk assessment tools.
