NSW Department of Communities and Justice seeks a Senior Client Service Officer in Parramatta to support clients with complex housing needs. You will provide specialist advice, coordinate services, and engage partners to improve outcomes for vulnerable communities.

You will work in a collaborative environment, balancing office-based tasks with field activities, and contribute to delivering quality housing services and tenancy outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating with stakeholders across government, community and service networks.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and provide practical client-focused solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of Homes NSW policies and headlease programs is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of Headleases.
• Collaborate with internal teams on Headleasing matters.
• Progress breaches of tenancy agreements and represent Homes NSW at tribunals.
• Attend property visits and conduct inspections.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with landlords/agents.
• Manage financial transactions including payments to landlords/agents.
• Maintain accurate and confidential data and records.
