Job summary

Homes NSW is seeking a Client Service Officer for the Southern & Western District. The role involves supporting vulnerable clients to access and sustain safe housing, visiting tenants, inspecting properties, and coordinating with partner services to resolve housing barriers.

You will work in a busy office and in the community, delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining safety and professionalism in challenging situations.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with diverse clients.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using iPads and online systems.

Responsibilities

• Visit tenants in their homes and conduct property inspections.
• Assist with rent arrears, property care, and tenancy obligations.
• Link clients with government/non-government services to sustain tenancies.
• Process housing applications and enquiries using relevant legislation.
