Job summary

Uniting AgeWell is seeking a Director Hotel Services to lead strategy, performance and continuous improvement of catering, cleaning and laundry across Victoria and Tasmania. Reporting to the General Manager Tasmania, this senior role influences resident experience, compliance outcomes and financial sustainability.

You will drive multi-site service delivery, manage budgets and procurement, develop regional leaders and champion improvement to enhance service quality and staff capability.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience across hospitality, hotel services or aged care operations.
• Track record leading multi-site teams with consistent service outcomes.
• Strong financial management, budgets and performance reporting.
• Experience managing service contracts and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel services strategy across Victoria and Tasmania.
• Drive catering, cleaning, laundry and support services for quality and efficiency.
• Manage budgets, labour, procurement and operational reporting.
• Develop regional leaders and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards, food safety and risk frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver resident-focused services.
