Job summary

Intereach in Victoria is seeking a Senior Manager Aged Care Services to lead the regional aged care portfolio, ensure services are safe, compliant and aligned with strategy. You will guide operations across communities and manage a diverse team.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive performance, strengthen partnerships with government, funders and communities, and pursue growth opportunities while maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in aged care or highly regulated sectors.
• Proven track record leading large teams and portfolios.
• Strong financial acumen and budget oversight.
• Experience guiding organisations through reform and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large aged care portfolio across regional Victoria.
• Drive service delivery through reforms and industry change.
• Improve operational performance, quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
