Qualifications

• RG146 accreditation required.
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
• Minimum two years lending experience.
• Experience conducting lending assessments and managing loan applications.
• Strong knowledge of responsible lending and credit assessment principles.
• Excellent organisational, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage home lending applications end-to-end from enquiry through settlement.
• Build trusted member relationships through proactive communication and guidance.
• Complete detailed financial assessments and prepare lending recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to support members with complementary products and services.
• Ensure lending activities meet responsible lending obligations and regulatory requirements.
