Wesley Mission Queensland Limited is seeking a Manager - Support at Home Care to lead the operational performance of Home Care services, ensuring governance, standards and compliance across multiple sites.

You will oversee a dispersed workforce, drive client outcomes, monitor KPIs, plan resources, and lead continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and financial performance across Home Care Packages, CHSP and QCSS funding streams.
