Job summary

Wesley Mission Queensland Limited is seeking a Manager - Support at Home Care to lead operational performance across Home Care services. The role ensures care delivery meets governance, quality standards and legislative obligations, while driving workforce performance and efficiency across multiple sites.

Based from a central hub, you will monitor KPIs, support planning, manage risks, and implement improvements to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in aged care or community services.
• Certificate III in Ageing Support or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dispersed workforce to ensure high-quality, consumer-directed care.
• Monitor KPIs, resource planning and risk management to optimise service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance client outcomes and business performance.
• Collaborate with other leaders to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Oversee onboarding, training, performance reviews and development of Care Partners.
